Spicy squash and apple soup - Solutions For Financial Planning*
Seasonal veggies and fruit make this the ultimate fall soup.
I thought I would share this recipe that I made this past weekend. It showed up in our Solutions for Financial Planning, Fall 2021 issue and looked too good not to try. At this time of year when the cooler evenings arrive, I turn to comfort foods like warm soup and apple crisps.
I had to seek out the local Farmers' Market for the butternut squash but I had the other vegetables in my garden. It is hard to believe that I am harvesting the tomatoes and carrots already and before you know it, we will be looking at end of the year financial planning.
